The competition in the mobile phone has been brought to a new high with so many new devices hitting the market within a few days. No wander it will post great threaten to those companies which urge their engineers to rack their brain. Google’s Android has been doing pretty good recently with its wide array of partners, while Apple’s iOS and BlackBerry’s OS also manage to maintain its position.
Compared to its rivals, BlackBerry seems do not have any advantages. The BlackBerry OS 6, the newest update is a little outdated compared to iOS or Android. No wander folks at RIM have complained a lot recently. We have sensed there might be some changes happened to the company. We have just got the information saying Keith Pardy, the company’s chief marketing officer (CMO) has just resigned today.
That left a big mystery for the reason he resigned. We have tried to get any news, but the only thing our source can tell us is “personal reasons”. The best guess might the ever increasing competition and gloomy revenue. Of course, we should wait the official confirmation. And we would like to see who is the successor and what change would he bring to RIM. Hopefully, with the new CMO, the company will surprise us in the following days.
We will keep the track of the company. If we got any other news, we will keep you updated.
