It is reported that the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute find that texting while driving can lead to a 23 x greater for a crash.

Today,some Democrats require legislation to ban texting while driving throughout the Unite States.

The ban may not so convenience for those who love texting,but who will not consider own life.
